Why
a Home Inspection ?
As a prospective Home Buyer a home inspection gives an evaluation of the integrity of the prospective home so that you, as a home buyer, can make an informed decision in accordance with your expectations.  Thus, it  gives you  peace of mind in regards to  what may be the most important investment  decision you will ever make.

As a Home Seller a home inspection may speed up the whole selling and purchase process.  It allows you, the seller at your convenience, time to  properly take care of deficiencies, thus making the home show better. It can help you realistically price the home according to problems that exist, or that you have taken care of. A home showing no existing problems should substantiate a higher asking price. All this conviently helps the  buyer make  a more informed decision with a higher level of confidence, not only in his decision, but in you the seller.

As a Listing Agent a home inspection for your listings may help them sell quicker than other listings that are on the market with no inspection.  It is a  marketing tool that has benefits as detailed above, to both your sellers and prospective buyers,  and which will also put you ahead of your competition.
